The MEMET NEB has a larger, thicker (12 inch handle with lanyard loop) accented with a 2 inch spike at the butt and 4 5/8 inch spikes at the throat for other imaginative tactile sensations. As with all Gryphon's Claw BDSM equipment, the handle can be wrapped in your choice of paracord color.
The business end of the HEMET NEB consists of 4 loops of 21 inch long, 3/8 inch wide black polyfiber rope. The effect is a rather heavy "thud".
An interesting secondary aspect of the materials I use is that the entire piece can be washed with soapy water and left to hang dry without any fear of leather rot.
