The CAT has the standard 9.5 inch handle (with lanyard loop) accented with a 1 inch spike at the butt for a other imaginative tactile sensations. As with all Gryphon's Claw BDSM equipment, the handle can be wrapped in your choice of paracord color.
The business end of the CAT consists of approximately 20 loops of 21 inch long Black 550lb test paracord. The effect is an impressive "sting" with a touch of "thud".
An interesting secondary aspect of the materials I use is that the entire piece can be washed with soapy water and left to hang dry without any fear of leather rot.
